I once had a 1982 Toyota 4×4, lifted, with 33.5’s. Damn thing was unstoppable. Unfortunately it had no rust protection, the body and frame pretty much rusted away. Other than the alternator being replaced several times, the 22R that powered it never gave me any issues. I had to sell it off because it had become unsafe to drive after about 10 years and bought myself a ’79 Dodge Powerwagon. That too was one hell of a truck. I’m a crippled old man now, my mud slinging days are over. All I’m left with are a few photo’s and a lot of amazing memories. Take good care of those Toy’s, get them rust prevention care if they don’t already, and enjoy.
